We are first time homeowners, so you can only imagine how overwhelming it was to purchase our home. My husband and I knew it was time to combine our two interest only mortgage loans into a 30-year fixed. The only problem was that we didn't know how to go about it.
I was referred by a colleague to Holly LeanoRealtor / Loan Officer. From our very first meeting, my husband and I knew we would stick with her. She showed us at least a half dozen mortgage loans and helped us narrow them down to what was in our best interest based on our budget.

We originally purchased our new home through the builder's finance / mortgage company.I was not happy with it since we were kept in the dark up until the day before we were to receive the keys.I believe this was done to keep us from shopping around for a better deal.We ended with a first and a second home loan just to be able to move in.
